The weekly Anahata meditation is a unique, interactive meditation focused on the heart.  Come and open your heart to giving and receiving love and find yourself uplifted.

Every Sunday morning, from 10:00 - 11:00

All ages welcome until 12 years-old. We invite your kids to explore Yoga in a fun and interactive way. Parents are welcome to stay, but it is not necessary.

Every Sunday afternoon (only running in high season)

Open to students in level 2+, these meetings are a chance to connect the community. We come together to support each other in our evolution, through exercises and discussion covering all aspects of spiritual life.

We hold an open question and answer session weekly, led by one of our advanced teachers. Ask anything! 

Every Thursday, from 16:30 - 18:30 

This group is an opportunity to study traditional Kashmiri Shaivism texts with an advanced Agama teacher whose deep personal experience with this material has inspired many students. It is open to everyone, although Level 4+ and the KS Workshop are highly recommended.
